Michelman & Robinson 39th Best U.S. Law Firm for Racial Minorities

Diversity HandsLast month Law360 ranked Michelman & Robinson, LLP the 39th best U.S. law firm for racial minorities, “based on the firms’ minority representation at the partner and nonpartner levels and their total number of minority attorneys.” Yesterday, Law360 followed up with a piece on how most law firms are “fail[ing] to promote lawyer diversity.”

At M&R, we understand the value of a diverse workforce to our clients. And we know that our culture of inclusion makes us a stronger law firm. As such, we have implemented an active and impactful Diversity, Multiculturalism & Inclusion Committee, which is led by Founding Partner, Mark Robinson. We have also instituted the Women Attorneys of M&R (WAMR) subcommittee whose primary objective is the advancement of our female lawyers.

Despite the positive results reflected in the Law360 rankings, we will continue to strive to create a workforce that truly reflects the diversity of our clients.
